When She Dances
When She Dances is an experimental film produced for NYU Tisch’s Introduction to Animation course, exploring dance as a liberating and creative outlet amid chaos. For this production, I captured the footage using a Canon DSLR and edited it using Adobe After Effects.
First Time Caller - An Audio Fiction
In the course “Sound Image” at NYU Tisch, I was assigned to write, direct, and edit an audio fiction piece using NYU's facilities and the editing software Pro Tools.
Spider-Man Title Sequence
In 11th grade at Staples High School, for my Digitial Design Honors class, I was assigned a “title sequence” for any film or show. I decided to create a title sequence for “Spider-Man: Far From Home” released in 2019.
World of 8 Billion Submission - Finalist
World of 8 Billion is an international student video contest about Population Education. In the 2022-2023 contest, I chose to submit a video under the “Gender Equality” topic and focused on family planning methods. My work was selected as a finalist and is mentioned on their website.
Places Project
In my 11th-grade Digital Design Honors class, I was asked to create a video project that emphasized a place of importance. I chose to collect video footage of my old house and compare it to my current home with the goal of showing that “home” is about the people, not the place.
Earth Montage
This project was for my 10th-grade Advanced Video Editing class, we were asked to create a montage of anything we desired. I chose to create a montage about the habitats of the earth and the impacts of climate change.
Internship with Geena Davis, SeeJane.org
In 2021 I worked with the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media and created educational videos that they posted on their social media with over 120,000 followers.
